My Easter stay was amazing! The room was spotless and fresh, giving a brand new vibe. The staff was courteous and well trained. The location was perfect with plenty of activities to do including shopping and visiting beautiful botanical gardens. One of the best parts was the breakfast which was hot, fresh, and delicious, a great way to start the day!

But overall, it was a comfortable stay and we would stay again, just without paying extra for the view.

It’s hard to beat this hotel's location to explore the area, with restaurants, shops, botanical gardens, and mountains just a stone's throw away. The hotel is spotless and has a cozy atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast is a tasty treat and the guestroom has a fresh feel to it, with a comfortable king-sized bed and beautiful views of the surroundings.

The Mountain View room is a little disappointing, not really living up to expectations. It’s not worth paying extra for the view as it is only a tiny sliver of mountains;

Spent a fantastic Christmas at this hotel. The view from the room was a bit underwhelming, but the exceptional customer service made up for it. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and attrractions, and the room was spotless and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, and the highlight of our visit was the hot and delicious breakfast with stunning views.

Although we paid extra for a Mountain View room, the view wasn't what we expected. However, it wasn't a deal breaker as we didn't spend much time in the room, and the staff made everything else worthwhile.
